Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 4 days of receipt of the item, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. Since we print every product when ordered, we do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds, however, if you have received an incorrect order or your order is damaged, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item, and we'll try our best to make it right.
